500 staff and has offices throughout Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and
Singapore. Westminster's activities extend to all areas of the travel
industry including corporate travel, leisure packages, destination
management, conference and incentive, inbound, wholesale and representation.
We are expanding in the region and are keen to invite high calibre
professionals to join our growing teams for the following challenging
and rewarding positions:
Prepare itineraries, make travel and hotel arrangement for corporate/
leisure clients
Handle customer enquiries and provide travel advice on air
tickets, hotels, package and other travel related issues
Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional
manner
Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service
skills
Requirements:
Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel
and Tourism, or related discipline
At least 2 years' relevant experience in travel industry, candidate
with better background and experience will be considered as Senior
Travel Consultant
Sound knowledge and skills in fare calculation and auto-ticketing
Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management
and able to work independently
Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua
is an advantage
