Service Managers provide expertise in airline/hotel negotiations, benchmarking of corporate deals and assistance in the formulation, implementation and administration of corporate travel policy. With crisis management skills, they are capable of assisting in finding flexible solutions to any unexpected situation. Corporate Travel Consultants will identify and offer value-added fare options, cost saving opportunities, up-to-date advice on passport and visa requirements, airline and hotel special promotions and comprehensive destination information.. For high volume accounts, a dedicated team will be assigned.

Wholesale Operation

Westminster has been appointed by 59 airlines as their ticketing agents, of which 23 airlines have appointed Westminster as their consolidator in Hong Kong. We provide a comprehensive range of discounted fares to more than 450 travel agents in Hong Kong and produce one of the largest and most comprehensive hotel tariff book offering competitive rates at more than 3,000 direct contract hotels worldwide.

Westminster has a dedicated China team who are able to handle complex itineraries and tailor-made requests for inbound and outbound China, for group and individual travel, incentive travel, meetings and conferences.

Representation

Westminster offers representation and marketing services for a number of international renowned transportation and destination companies to the Hong Kong travel trade. Westminster has entered a partnership with Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), a renowned travel management company worldwide to provide a range of high quality services for their clients in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. In 2005, Westminster has been appointed as the exclusive International Sales Office (ISO) for Hong Kong and China region by Best Western International, Inc.
