Billing Clerk (2 vancancies) Marketing Executive

Billing Clerk (2 vancancies)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily billing tasks including data processing, price and cost verification, credit checking, filing and other clerical duties
  • Issue and despatch invoices to customers in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Work closely with travel consultants, accounting and ticketing staff
  • Other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in billing or in travel industry
  • Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
  • Attentive to details, reliable and self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
 
Product Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures & advertisements
  • Price calculation of designated travel products and packages
  • Organize product presentation & briefings for staff
  • Establish and nurture business relationship with business partners
  • Provide inter-departmental support on all products
  • Provide administrative support to the Department 
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in Travel & Tourism Studies or Marketing Management
  • At least 2 years relevant experience with preference in travel or hospitality industry
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Good time management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Candidate with China background will be assigned to focus on China market
 
Travel Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Support travel consultants to issue air tickets and provide administrative support
  • Handle ticket / fare enquiries and provide fare quotation
  • Answer customer enquiries via phone or email
  • Work closely with travel consultants and ticketing staff to provide efficient and effective service
Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate in Fare Construction and Ticketing, or related discipline
  • Some relevant experience in travel industry preferred
  • Knowledge and skills in fare calculation and auto-ticketing
  • Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
 
Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development programs
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, press release and other public relation activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Provide marketing support to front- line staff
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in travel industry
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Creative, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong marketing sense and interested in travelling
  • Proficient in MS Office
 
Senior Travel Consultant / Travel Consultant
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare itineraries, make travel and hotel arrangement for corporate/ leisure clients
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide travel advice on air tickets, hotels, package and other travel related issues
  • Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
  • Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills
Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in travel industry, candidate with better background and experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultant
  • Sound knowledge and skills in fare calculation and auto-ticketing
  • Computer literate, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
